Arguello Jr. on his mission to obtain Salvadoran aid for a nicaraguan
revolutionary assault a inst Somoza. Leta is an official of the Union
L??:-iooratica Centro emerioanc (IILCA-Central Jmorioan Lemocratic Union)
who is closely allied with t.ho Patriotic Nicaraguan Committee in its

planned invasion in order to make sure that Guatemalan aid would be
ready. He added that "Julio" was waiting in Guatemala for money for
