Ltd, Palmerston Rouse, Bishopegate?London, E.C. 2, and USIA. A certain
Graenhut (fnu) aimed for the Britishfirm-'chile Can. Tikhomirav limed
for USIA. The copy of the contract is dated merely December, 1948 and no
exact delivery date is indicated,
2. Accordinw to the terms, USIA, on behalf of the 'Diener Kabel- and t:etallwerke,
r:?ress to purchase approximately 220 tons of electrolytic cathode copper of
99.9 percent r rarity, for 1129,000.40 f.o.b. (franco) Genoa. The buyer is to
open an irrevocable, divisible, transferable, accitive for this atio>nt t4th
the Schwaizerischer Brikverei,n, Zurich, and all terms of the contract are to
be met within four inks after the establishment of the accreditive.
