Barrios, Secretary to Armed Forces Chief Francisco Arana, and Col, 1'&arco A.
Merida,, a national deputy, would be likely candidates for the military junta
to be established after Cola Aransas forthcoming coup dletat. The junta
would rule for the remainder of President Arevaloeo six-year term (until
