Ricardo Orue Reyes, a delegate of the nicaraguan Liberal Independent Party,
now in Guatemala City, told a friend on 3 December that all collaboration with
the flicar.3Cwan revolutionists in Guatemala had been ended, and ,hwt he had re-
ceived top level advice to return to Nicaramaa. Orue confirmed that he had
written to the Directive Body of the Liberal Independent Party for definite
instructions, but would probably ;o back to'Nicaragua.
