. The MIS. factory,, employing 500 worlcers, is producing amnwiitione
operates under Soviet suporvision.
2. The Margineanca plant is manufacturing ammunition. It eriploys 700
workers. The Army ;=powder factory in Bucharest, eriploying 250 workers,
produces powder and explosives. Lemaitre plant employs 3,000 workers
in three shifts. It nanufactures locomotives, railroad oars, hoists,
agricultural machinery and artillery shells. Daily production of
artillery shells is estir..ated at approximately 20 tons.
3. Concordia in Plrasti,, which employs 1,200 workers in three shifts, is
producing heavy machinery, Soviet anti-.tank guns, Katushas, boilers,
ti:uter and oil tanks and cisterns.
