1. C-eneral Castillo Andino,, Honduran revolutionary leader in Guatemala,
25X1X6 Dominican General Juan Rodriugez, ionduran Generals Armando
Rodriguez and Toribio Ramos, and Nicaraguan General Emiliano Chamorro had
agrees to join Juan Rodriguez in an attempt to overthrow President Carias
of Honduras and General Somoza of Nicaragua. All the above named are believed
to be in Guatemala City at the present.
2. Part of the Caribbean Legion has been transferred to Quezaltenango, Cuatemala,
with troops also dispatched along the Cuatenalan-..Honduran border. Arms and
ammunition are bein?. nurchased with 7'60,000 received by Armando Rodriguez from
Tegucigalpa on 15 lovember.
3. {'onduran exi le leaders in Cuatemala were advised b?r the underground movement
in Tegucigalpa that an active revolt was being planned there to prevent Juan
Galvez from assuming the Ionduran presidency, and the aid of the exiles was
requested in carrying out this move.
