Dominican revolutionary leader, did not lea-w25X1 A Costa Rica on 5 September, as reported in-,but planned to depart o 10 September for Guatemala. It was formerly reported that he would arrang. to transport Arnulfo Arias from the Guatemalan border to his ultimate destination, but Ramirez personally denied any cooperation with Arias. A ub-- sequent report indicates that Ramirez will confer in %uatemala with Juan Rodriguez and President xrevalo regarding changes in Caribbean Legion plan= that were effected by Dominican revolutionary leader Juan Bosch and Frio Socarras., Cuban president.-elect, on their recent visit in Guatemala. 2 Among those who were also scheduled to depart from Costa Rica on 10 Segten er for Guatemala are Rosendo Arguello Junior, who will try to arrange the tr:sns-. for of his 136 Nicaraguan trainees to Guatemalan territory- Ricardo Orue Noyes, who will observe Guatemalan aspects of affairs of the Caribbean Legion and report on them to the Nicaraguan Liberal Independent party; Felipe Arge.lo Bolanos, who will. travel as one of the first in a contemplated mass exodus of Nicaraguan conservatives from Costa Rica to Guatemala.
