1. The Communists in Sao Paulo are rejoicing because their newspaper iiv e, which
has appeared clandestinely occasionally since it was suspended 6 months ago,
will shortly reappear on the newsstands0 On 11 August 19433, their interim
newspaper, t) Po, . , was suspended for 6 months by the Govern nt .for having
printed derogatory information about the latter. However, another interim
