Bapa Ltatjemts " garongs" (looters, murderers, kidnappers .. about fifty sraed
men and some hundred unarmed) are concentrated in ijibadak and Djati in the
Tjibaroesa district of rural Buitenzorg.
2. Lt. Colonel Soetan Akbar, comaandant of all guerrillas and terrorists in the
residency of Batavia, has his headquarters at Pangkalan, about 22 kilometers
to the souti:i of Krawang. Here ho has a1 out a h+ red man. *bar, a medical student j

3. The 88th Battalion is scattered about in the vicinity of Krawang. Sections

Tjitsroem River, at Teznbelang near the highway from Krawang to Tjikarapek,
at Pasirkemoening, at Tjiboeigoer, and in and around Tjilamaja with large
concentrations along the irrigation canal. One of the captains of this -group
.is nicknamed Si Kilat (the Lightning).

A number of murders have been reported in the Iirawang area, the victims
being mostly Indonesians and Chinese. About the let of July Tasikonalaya was
raided twice at night by armed guerrillas, The town is filled with
refugees.
Garnet is infiltrated by armed guerrillas and terrorists. Placards
threatening to plunder the town have been discovered. The Japanese
are cooperatin.; with the Indonesian guerrillas. There is a terrorist
concentration at Sedong in the residency of Choribon. It was attacked
by Dutch troops on the 3rd of July. Seditious literature, arms and
ammunition. were confiscated.
