1. Certain unnamed factions within the Yugoslav Conurunist Party are
40 2a $OMreportedly conducting an active propaganda campaign over clandestine
$d~lradio stations presumably within Yugoslavia advising the "true Yugoslav
f~ 1 Communists" to abandon Tito and to seek refuge in the mountains. Alexander
3~Z,11 zatxl Rankovic. Chief of the Yugoslav Secret Police, has promised a large reward
for information leading to the discovery of the clandestine radio station.

2. Meanwhile. the Macedonian Independent Movement reportedly beaded by
Vanca A:ihajlov, has resumed its activity and are ,pimilarly` conducting
an "all-out" propaganda, drive to persua.ee their brothers in Yugoslav
Macedonia to free themselves from the "Yugoslav yoke" and emigrate on
mass to Buljaria. The Bulgarian Macedonians assert, in their propaganda,
that they are well treated in Bulgaria and that some have succeeded n
occupying responsible political positions in that country. In the event
of any insurrection, the "supnort.and assistance of their brothers across
the frontier" should be depended on by those in Yugoslav Macedonia.
