1. The Partido.Socialists Obrero Bolivian (PSOB) has been reported as an active
Bolivian branch of the International Trotsky Cci,iat organization which has
its headquarters in Paris. It is through tle headquarters in Paris that the
branch in Bolivia receives literature, instructions, and anti-Stalin propaganda?
2. Carlos Mollinedo is reported to head the organization.
