The Pan-Slav Central -Committee, which .had its second meeting at Warsaw
15 -4 20 June?, decided that the Second Fan Slav -Congress would be held at.
Prague in the second half of 1948.
In order to attract 'intellectuals to the Movement, the Committee decided
to hold a Congress of Slav Writers and Scientists in Moscow toward the
end of 1947. Professor Voznesenski, rector of Leningrad University, vJas
'appointed chairman of the steering comittee of this Congress.
