1. The Transport Division of the SU in Potseam is located in a small villa
at Spandauerstrasse 61a. 'Ale following Russian officers have been seen
there:

2. The Russian transport authorAies have reproached Minister-President Dr.
Elnie of the Brandenburg Government because his administration has not
yet repaired tactical bridges over the Oder. Kuuze has excused himself
on the grounds that there is n shortage of lumber and nails.
3. The Russians have told him thee he can obtain the assistance of all Russian
Commandants and that the Brandeaburg Government ?Abteilung Eisenkonstrucktionen
