2. One small wooden patrol boat, armed with a one inch gun and another gun
believed to be an Oerlikon, patrolled the ooarst looking for mines. A
vessel with two funnels believed to be a river gun-boat was in the harboro
3. No construction work appeared to be in progress in Burgas or on the docks.
Neither oil or coal are reported to be available. There is no large repair
shop.
4. The harbor-master is a Russian who is in complete charge
