la The Soviets have set up an airfield at Kokaharovlca (134-04, 44-33). The gas
and oil supplies for this field are dispersed over fourteen separate areas.
Figures on the field are as follow:

Note% AAF Aeronautical Chart #282 (1: 1,000,000) shows the Koksharovkca
field as a landing field with limited or no facilities, or one on which logistic
information is unavailable, as of February 1945. The alove figures are considered
exaggerated.)
There are two hangar;a; one of them is underground adjacent to the field, and the
other is built in one of the mountains surrounding the field. The underground
hanger contained twenty-four bombers, some of which were believed to be German
t3einkels, and -wonty-one -single-seater fightears. The other hangar housed seven-
