1. It is reported that a split has occurred in the recently organized
League of Arab Nations over the inclusion of Ae'ad Daghir on the
committee. Through the efforts of Abd-.al,-> ahman 'Azzam, Sectary.
General of the Arab League, Daghir is Press Secretary of the League
of Arab Nations. 'Azzam hoped, thereby, to control the new group
through Daghir.
. Several members of the League of Arab Nations are said to have resigned,
