1. Five thousand Russians, including marines, engineers, and UP's, are stationed
in Stralsund. The marines carry on sea patrol, the engineer troops load ships
with factory goods, and the We are engaged in guard and patrol duties.
2. Captain Wisineki is in charge of the marines who are said to number 900. The
engineering troops, reported to number 2,500, are under the command of Colonel
liankowski, a careful and conscientious officer. A MVD Commissioner named
Obstrokcv, a thoroughly disliked man, is in charge-of the MP's, who must not
only patrol the entire area but agitate for Communism as well.

3. It is reported that there are approximately 300 We stationed in Putgarten
near REgen to guard the technicians who are experimenting with V-2 and V-3
weapons. Since the inhabitants have been evacuated, only soldiers, technicians,
and a few special laborers occupy the town. Some of the technicians are said
to be torpedo experts.
4. The entire town has been blocked-off by a barbed wire fence which is equipped
with alarms.
