Source has learned from several Soviet medical officers formrly stationed in Hungary that new secret orders have been issued by Loscow and distributed to all the units of the Central Group of Forces :Lt Austria and Hungary. The orders, which will a "f ect all units and w ill become effective :gin 10 February 19474 state that the table of organization of specific units will be cut, other specific units will be deactivated and still others will be transferred to new stations.
