The Eisen L&. }- ttenwerke are at present employing 4,700 s~orkers, There are
1x200 ex-Ft" r, from the UcBR not. in barracks at Blankefibur arZ who are
possibly also to be eng ged.
It is rumored that the Russians will shortly ask for the return of all former
employees of the Larks who are in Western Allied P.V. Camps.
5, The production program of the concern includes;
a). Kitchen and other civilian utility goods. Of the output? 80% is ear-

b) Army water bottles and mugs. An average of five wagon-loads of (a) and (1

c) Steel helmets. Large numbers were in stock at the end of the far. A spas

Russians, who are taking delivery of helmets. Inside fittings for these ?
being made by a different firm.

e) Sea-mine covers. Large stocks remain in they foundry. The Russians have

f) Pressings for rockets. An order has been received for easing-parts for
V-2'sa. Freyberg (mentioned in Para. 2 above) Is said to have stalled thi.
