1. One of the most impo'tant Coani.st leaders in South China is reported to be
CHENG She.o-skfang 'Wv it graduate of Xwangtung Military College and an
experienced mill azy e In 1941, he joined the Communists in Chmn.g-shaan-
heien (107..33, 22'27) and Sh';n-tea-hsien (113-16, 22-50).
?. He has organised his Communist headquarters at Fu Lo t~ "et in Macao.
