1.(S) The Fiscal Year 1978 personnel ceilings for OSO and ODE
are revised effective 19 June 1978 as follows:

2.(U) This change as agreed upon by the affected offices involves
the transfer of one contract officer position, GS-13, based in part
on the need to support additional R&D contractual effort recently
transferred from ODE to OSO. This transfer of course will apply in
a similar fashion to future fiscal year personnel planning levels.
