issued supergrade allowances for FY 1979 to assist them in personnel . 25X1

2. The attached Table presents data (as of 27 July 1978) on staffing,
coiiplex nt aositions,, on-duty strength, and the allocation of supergrade
allowances for F'1' 1979.
3. Career Services that exceed their allowances will have until
the end of FY 1979 to bring their strength and allowances into agreement.
The Agency total of lowauces cannot be exceeded at any tile.
