1. J. Duncan Holmes, who has served as an Army alternate to
the EIC since November 1954, died suddenly on Saturday, 10 December 1960.

been associated with the EIC since September 1954. The Executive Secretary
plans to write a letter of appreciation to Mr. Hamilton in the near future.
