as follows:
, G. The general division of functions in the
Director's Office between the Director and the Assistant
Director is as 'follows: The Director will be mainly
responsible for liaison and inter-agency relations; also
relations with the Bureau of the Budget, other departments
of the Federal Communications Commission, etc. The
Director will also exercise functions of policy-making
in relation to the budget, and will participate in major
.appointments. The Assistant Director will have general
supervision over the internal management and operations
of the Service, referring to the Director only major
policy matters in internal management and direction.
