In Hungary, tuberculosis is most prevalent due to malnutrition and lack of housing
facilities. Malnutrition is not due to the lack of food but to improper preparation
and cooking. Ai organization (Green Cross) was established to teach housewives
-proper cooking techniques and ways to diversify diets so as to get full benefit
from food consumed.
