About the most important new el.eraent aclded was the publication in
several papers of the co-npiete report of the f:lndins of the Investigating
Commission of the International Association of Democratic Jurists, of
which a part was devoted to cbernical warfare in Korea and North China
Consequently the vagueness noted in the report issued for the first
period, as regards the effect of the alleged attacks upon the areas and
upon vegetation and upon personnel, has been replaced by "specific" and
"indisputable" evidence. Y?
Finally, during the second two-week period Fast European propagandists
attempted to develop more fully than had been the, case in the first
period/, the theme that the US Army in Korea is guilty of genocide, and
that those responsible for attempt ink; the mass destruction of the Korean
population must eventually be tried as war criminals.
