M. Pobedonoeteo4, line Qryetal? g dalueit a are to be found in quartz veine embedded in quart of an mioaoeoue rohiet a, whioh ooour near Mikhaylovka a villagb in Kooh- ktvak BaYon of the South Urals. Aooording to the information ot the eologi?t P. G. 8harmanov, Louth of the village Mikhaylovka g (io ometere) in the quartz veins of the 8vetlinak mince to 16 kh one eaoountere a great quantity of orude oryetale of andalueite and f a regat e e of eillimanit e . In et udie a of P. G. Bharmanov' a gg eotione and in t tell observations geo1ogiste nave Found oorundum ooll to ether with anda1uelte and eifimanite, but oyanite was observed g in the outaroppinge of one of the vbbns. Now, quartz veins with ookete oontaining oryetale of smoky rook oryetale, which veins P are embedded in the exo-contact zone of the Koohkarek granite maew eive anion quartz?mioaoeaue aohiets oan be ooneidered ae veine of the Llpine type rioh in aluminum, unueual~the paragenesie of minerals. The quartz veins of the Svetllnek deposit poeeeee a lentioular form frequently rather complex. The etrike of the veins ie meri- dional and conformable with the eahietosity of the enclosing rooks; the dip is opposite to the quart z-mioaoeous eohiste. The angle of intersection of the vtinA and rooks varies between the limits 600 to 860. The wa11e of the veins are rather irregular; aoute-angled boundaries of rook are often observed in the form of inclusions in the vein quartz. The length of the quartz aooording to strike and dip varies within wide limits. Judging from the form and conditions of the beds where the veins occur they are full of fissures.
