In the area or Rineatsgruppe B (White Rutbenia) a total of 8,000
persons were liquidated in reprisal for acts of s-raon, pl-ring, sad, mur-
der; there persons were largely from thee ranks of the Jewish intelligentsia.
A Jewish Council vas loomed and a ghetto was eatablisbed. Jews were required
to gear a ysllaw cloth strip on their sleeves as iieatificetion. An additional
