Requirements for Option II, JIIRG
1. The first table below includes two figures - one for Pts as determined
by JIIRG - the other for internal LAD support as determined by IAD-(-
gave no figure for support requirements either nationally or departmentally).
2. The figures given (Table 1) will permit IA.D to accomplish the
"basic reporting" on the national level assigned to IAD by JIIRG. It will
not provide for maintaining departmental support to CIA at the level realised
t5Tay (current backlog of work - F- I The manpower computed 25X1 A
by 3'IIRG will result in a stead decline in CAD's ability to render departmental
support to headquarters ~ts
3. Table 2 below shows minuet manpower - both PI and non-PI -
rea11y needed. by TAD to meet JiIRG assignments of national work and still
maintain departmental support to headquarters at our present level.
