LIAISON Met with Walt Ricks, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, and informed him it was my understanding that Senator Robert Morgan (D., N. Car.) would travel to China in November. LIAISON Received a call from Mike Waterhouse, Congressional Research-Service, Library of Congress, who requested copies of the January through March 1977 i-weekly publication entitled "International Oil Developments," which they could not locate at CRS. He asked that these be sent to him either today or tomorrow for a Committee which he would not name. After checking with CSS/NFAC, I called Mr. Waterhouse and told him we had located these but would be unable to deliver them as he wished because they were on microfiche and our microfiche processor was broken down. I told him the earliest I could get them to him was by next week and asked him if he still wanted them. He said he did and asked me to send them to the Senate Select Committee on Ethics, to the attention of Jean Rosenheim. I told him I would do this. 20.
