Norvill Jones, Chief of Staff, Senate Forei in Relations Committee, and made arrangements for OLC, to visit 25X1 the Committee rooms for a review of the testimony of Ambassador Edward Mulcahy before the Subcommittee on Foreign Assistance on 16 December.1975. The portion of the testimony that we wisli to review relates to allegations made by Stockwell in his recent book. Jones was aware of our purpose in reviewing ,use transcript and asked only that we use the information for background purposes to which I agreed.
