STAT
1. In response to your letter of 25 January 1978 and
pursuant to the 23 July 1976 Memorandum of Understanding
between the Attorney General and the Senate Select Committee
on Intelligence, I hav dum and STAT
supporting material on as
supplied to the Senate Select Committee by the Director of
the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I find that she does
meet the requirements of Executive order 10450 for access
to classified information up to and including Top Secret.
She also meets the criteria for access to sensitive compart-
wented information as established by Director of Central
Intelligence Directivel dated 13 May 1976. STAT
2. In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding
of 21 January 1977 between the Senate Select Committee and
this Agency, returned herewith is the summary rqpwaza-ndu

containing the results of the investigation of ,
dated 20 January 1978, and Director Kelley's letter to
Senator Inouye of the same date.
