Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, who asked about the Agency's
MKULTRA program for a constituent of Sen:_ttor Walter Huddleston (D. , Ky. }
who apparently suspects that he may have been a victirri of Agency drug
testing activities Norton said he would handle the request by sending the
constituent a. copy of the Select Corrinzittee report on the progi arn. 25X1
31. LIAISON Met with Tom Moore, Senate
Select Committee on Intelligence staff, and discussed how we* would proceed
to provide him Agency comments on I inforni~~d him
we had spoken to Tom Latimer, Staff Director, House Permanent Select
Committee on Intelligence, about his getting access to a copy of
23 October 1975 proceedings of the Pike Committee and that Latimer
had asked that Moore call him directly. He agreed.
