did not give the constituent's address. I mentioned to Mr. Packer
that sub-project 74 of MKULTRA contains 509 pages and would be
sent to the constituent at a cost of $50. 90 copy charges. However, I
explained that sub-project 74 encompassed a number of project proposals
and Mr. McClelland appeared to be interested in only one of the subjects
contained in the sub-project, which we could possibly provide him without
any copying charges. I further explained that the subject material
contains only the project proposal and there is no report in our files
providing the results of the testing. Mr. Packer said he would be in
proceed with the request.
