MOSS. GENERAL COUNSEL Director of Congressional Liaison Central Intelligence Agency Washington, D.C. 20505 SUITE H-326. U.S. CAPITOL Magijington. D.C. 20515 December 19, 1977 We hope that you are finding the new House Telephone Directory useful in your liaison work. The initial issue of the Directory, published in October, is already a best seller at GPO. Beginning next February, it will be updated and published quarterly at an annual subscription rate of $9.50 for the four issues. We, at House Administration, feel this Directory will improve communications and increase office efficiency by eliminating the need for referral calls or several different calls to reach the right person. We also hope that it will help improve the communications flow between the House and Senate and Federal agencies. In achieving this latter goal, we seek your assistance. We are planning to revise the "Government Agencies" section of the Directory to include more specific information regarding the Congres- sional Liaison offices of Federal agencies. Personnel changes in recent months have made it difficult for Hill offices to keep up with current staffing patterns. We would greatly appreciate it, therefore, if you could fill out the form below and return it to us as soon as possible, but not later than the close of business on Wednesday, January 11th. Thank you for your cooperation. The Committee would also welcome any suggestions you may have to improve or expand subsequent issues of the Directory. With kind regards, tt~ Frank Thompson, Jr. FT:j Congreze; of the Intteb'tateo 3ouI;e of teprefientatibe.5 COMMITTEE ON HOUSE ADMINISTRATION Approved For Release 2004/09/24: CIA-RDP81 M00980R000900040033-3
