SUBJECT HPSCI Request for Briefing
1. Mr. Toni Latimer, Staff Director of the House
Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence,, telephoned on
20 April to ask for a briefing by a knowledgeable CIA
official on the Epstein book Legend.
2. The CI Staff has been contacted and believes this to
be a useful move to make. Mr. Latimer's tone indicated that
perhaps an oral overview would be sufficient.
3. With your concurrence, we will proceed to set up an
oral briefing for Mr. Latimer.
