I advised him that some of the material was ready for review. 6. LIAISON Michael Glennon and John Ritch, Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff, visited C&R Staff and reviewed item number two of the 19 December request. I suggested that we provide to the FBI, directly, our list of FBI documents so that the FBI could then provide said documents. 7. ADMINISTRATIVE - DELIVERIES Sent to Ma y Williamson, Research Director, House Select Committee on Population, a copy of OPR-401 entitled "Potential Implications of Trends in World Population, Food Production, and Climate." I attached a note reminding Williamson that this study has never constituted an official Agency position. 8? I I LIAISON I Irequest forwar2(1 to Mr. Joseph DiGiorgio, GAO, unclassified information on international terrorist incidents. 9? LIAISON Per request 25X1 rwarded to Walter Sheridan, of the Senate Human Resources Subcommittee V on Health and Scientific Research staff, and Elliot Maxwell, of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, the 9th release of the BLUEBIRD/ ARTICHOKE material which is to be released to the public under FOIA on 22 February. LIAISON Per his request to I 25X1 OLC, of last week, I called Tony Long, in the office of Senator John C. Culver (D., Iowa), 'and told him that I had a list of unclassified CIA publications which I would forward to him today. 11. CONSTITUENT Received a call from Mary Cochran, in the office of Senator Frank Church (D., Idaho), who said they had a constituent who wanted a copy of the publication "World Steel Market Continued Trouble Ahead. " I told her the document could be obtained for the constituent through the DOCEX Project at the Library of Congress. LIAISON In response to a call from Office of Security/NSA, contacted the Special Security Center in the office of Senator H. John Heinz, III (R., Pa.), requesting a courier be sent to 4327 Dirksen Senate Office Building as soon as possible to pick up an unclassified envelope for OLC. This was arranged. 14.1 LIAISON Received a call from Pat Long, on the staff of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, requesting for Thomas K. Latimer, Staff Director, a copy of the DCI's Intelligence Report for 1977 on the Community. I told him of our office, would be getting back to him. Mr. Long said the report was 34 pages long with an annex of 8 pages. 25X1 ..-I, i.11 the office of Senator Richard B. Stone (D., Fla.), requesting for a constituent a copy of a publication entitled "Cuban Economy Statistical Review - 1968 -1976. " After checking with NFAC /CSS, 25X1 office, I informed Joy that the document was available through DOCEX at the Library of Congress and that we were sorry but did not fill constituent requests for publications. 16.
