Dear Mr. Wilson:
I am writing to you on behalf of STAT
a constituent in my 24th Congressional District, who wishes to o -
tain a CIA report under the Freedom of Information Act. The re-
port concerns a 1961 CIA conducted experiment to determine the
emotional after affects of circumcision on boys from the ages of
five to seven years from low-income families.
I have been informed by the Congressional Liason that
the project number is MK ULTRA; subproject 74.
I would appreciate a response from your office as soon
as possible.
