Gregg reviewed a transcript of a Senate Select Committee on Ethics meeting at which Senator Lowell Wicker (R., Conn.) mentioned his review of reports on th Epstein had already sanitized the transcript andl Gregg approved the sanitizations. LIAISON Accompanied iI CA/DDO, to a meeting with Bill Miller, St:af .rector, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, to cl=> scuss Committee handling of the covert action Perspectives. It was agreed the Perspectives would be shared only with the Membership and with the four staff members who handle the Committee's covert action re'poi7sibilities. 37. ADMINISTRATIVE DELIVERIES Delivered to Ben Marshall, Security Director, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, a file, belongi I 'e of the Comptroller, dealing with the 1975 for Bill Miller, Committee Staff Director. 38. LIAISON Talked with Norvill Jones, Chief of Staff, Senate Foreign Relations 25X1 Committee, and made arrangements forl OLC, to visit the Committee rooms for a review of the testimony of Ambassador 25X1 Edward Miulcahy before the Subcommittee on Foreign Assistance on 16 December. 1975. The portion of the testimony that we wish to review relates to allegations made by Stockwell in his recent book.
