Thank you for your note of 11 July 1978 on behalf of your constituent,
Mrs. John J. Greenler, who requested "a copy of the CIA. report on drug
experiments in the 1950's."
There is no official Agency report on this subject as such, however,
under the Freedom of Information Act the Agency has released 15, 259
pages of documents concerning drug/behavior control. If Mrs. Greenler
is interested in obtaining copies, she can write to Mr. Gene F. Wilson,
Information and Privacy Coordinator, Central Intelligence Agency,
Washington, D.C. 20505. A copy of our fee schedule is enclosed.
