Overpayment of Resettlement Allowance -
R FER CE: VOU NO. 3613 dated 20 January 1960

1. Reference states Subject was paid 300.00 resettlement
allowance for 16 November 1959 - 15 January 1960 by DPI). Finance
has also paid $3750.00 for the period 16 January 1960 -
15 February 1962, a total of 25 payments. This amounts to $4050.00
paid as a. total resettlement allowance.
2 Paragraph 8 of Subject's contract states he is to receive
ttlement allowance of $3600.00 to be paid at the rate of
a150.0O per month for a period of two years following retirement."
3. Therefore, Subject has been overpaid $450.00 or three
payments. It is requested he be notified to submit his personal
