SUBJECT: Explanation of the Adjustments to Allotments Sent to
25X1A5a1 the Finance Division on Finance Voucher File No. 70.
The Firewel Company, Contracts
1. We paid for three test kits at $675.18 each on the
Firewel Company invoice number 25+67, dated 5 April 1957; and
25X1A5a1 since the invoice listed the contract as - we charged
the expense to said contract. However, we have now been advised
25X1A9a by (for the Contracting Officer) that these three
test kits were for the use of the Technicians under Contract
25X1A5a1 _ and in accordance with the provisions of _ they
should properly be charged to that contract.
