payments for work and services performed for which vouchers have been
submitted, will be accamplished as follows :
1. Interim and final vouchers submitted by the Hycon p"f!. Company
will be approved. for payment by the SA/PC/DCI and certified for
payment by tho Comptroller.
2. Interim and final vouchers submitted by the TTyeon ' f . Company
will be approved and certified by the ''Contract-4,n, officer.
