officer will be asked to provide an outline for the DCI's approval.
Preparation of the draft briefing starts after the outline is approved.

C. Illegal Immigration from Mexico and the Caribbean
D. Philippine Opposition

F. Prospects of Nuclear Terrorist Threats from Abroad

5. The following briefing topics have been dropped from the list
of active topics for the reasons indicated:
A. Overview of Trends in the African Sahel Belt. Superseded
by other developments.
B. Chile (DDO). Already covered.
C. Zambia & Kaunda. Better covered in PDB.
6. The D/OER, D/OSI and NIOs CF, SS and AF are requested to submit
topics for use in early JUne by COB Tuesday, 2 May. The D/OGCR, D/OWI
