SUBJECT . Possible Topics for 26 September Presidential
Briefing
1. Attached are packages of backup material on three briefing
topics which you may want to consider.
2. Cuban Foreign Policy. 1 -1 of ORPA will prepare a sketch 25X1A
of a briefing by Thursday and, based on your comments on that, a full
briefing on Tuesday.

prepare a sketch of a brie ing y T ursday and, based on your comments

Proliferation, points out that this materia may be the foundation for
important policy decisions with respect to withdrawing forces from
