This report is one of a series of intelligence, studies published:by this Head-
quarters covering urban areas in the Far East.
This edition is a revision of, and supersedes that-portion of Special
Report Nr. 41 (GHQ, FEC, 1 Nov 50) pertaining to Sovetskaya Gavan'.
