were employed leers. Of this nuke., 30 percent were WOUSU0 Nem-skilled uor-
kers totaled 40 percent. Approerimately 35 pereent ef the werkera did not livt
in the vioinity of the Works. Relatiens between pereennel admIalatratien and
the workers were bad. The saloeles paid to infermera and forgatn greatly
exceeded those paid to the regular workers, The Workm was divided into the
following departments, each with a Chiefs energy, bechanigole comeraa19

In November 19569 there were two 1700 hep0 wspeelemnti meters in the
Lenin Steel Werkse One was in the fine metal prong Shep; it preduged 140 tene
of steel daily (24 hours). The second preduced energy fer the forging shop.

in the fine metal press shop; it produeed rails. Another motor in the fine
metal press shop was a 1300 hop. Ganz, connection by Ward Lemart, Ihich pro-
duced direct current. There was a self-reduetion dynamo iter the rolling mill
which could be regulated as to rotations. The relling mill produced 450400
tons daily (24 hours . For the introductory equipment for tkam preaess, 50X1-HUM
there was on/y a bearing that would fit. (racteto wasno epare engine.)
The 4eho1em of the bearing was 300 mm. It was purchaned in /9554
and was imported by aircraft for the rolling millin order to produte war

materials. There were five generators of the Kremer type, with wsgearee
switching systems There was a chareeel
generator to produce the central energy ror tne worxcietogether with the 50X1-HUM
power line of the water energy line of Parelka. In addition, there wvre. throe
inductive generators. The cables were about 70 me underground, cere.ec+"?eg
the *neva factory and the emergency (reserve) cables. In Noveel-,er "6, work
was being done on the connections (cables) of the genera 6.118Tgypftduotikon
and distribution center and between the cables of the two faetories.
