The military carp is east of Jellenitz the forest, near s stone quarry, There are several, permanent barracks, and in ias er'tents are set up as needed. The training grounds 'and target range ooonpy a considerable area between thq caap and the Liblice Military school. 2. The carp is under the authority of the infantry regiment at Melnik, which puuyplies the cadre ptir'sonnel. The csap Laos dint is Captain Friedrich Majek, abO t 41 years old. The deputy. co nt is Lieutenmt Bohunil Cernik,, about 30 years old. The cap has acccumodationsfor 500 to 550 men. The retraining coarse lasts two months. It begins with basic infantry psercises. Lortg practice marches are comeined with target practice. Thtre is severe combat training and conttnaoas political schooling. Xn these etrcidstanaes it is'scarcely sdrprising that the morale of the reservists is Very poor. Several hnndrfd'reserves of the 1926, 1927 and 1928 classes were given refresher training here in 1953. The companies are organized and armed like'regalar army rifle companies. >
