Consultations are being held in last Berlin with the Dresdea building union. In addition, the building material stored in Senftenberg and Bautsen and only recently released has been requisitioned again. These building activities will concern Brandenburg and Saxony especially. 2. New building activity is observable at Kurdhausen, where V-2 rockets were formerly manufactured. Trucks loaded with building material travel to the underground works. According to workaenSs statements, three large exhaxsters were installed in the period from 6 to 15 Jan 54. The works lies 104 motors underground, and 36 of the 41 cross-galleries are already in usable condition. The entire reconstructed, underground area covers about 135,000 square moters. The Soviet troops stationed at the Tramps training grounds (Kress kberswalde) are not engaging in maneuvers, but appear to have taken up winter quarters there. They have 93 vehicles and a large number of short- barreled heavy guns (about 150 mm) mounted on caterpillar tracks; 62 guns have been counted And there are probably more. 4. Supplies in large quantities are arriving at tr. Soviet ArV supply depot at Frankfurt-an-Oder.
