Group session held on 4 September 1975. The purpose rf the
paper is to set forth general uidelines to be used Ly ;:'ecord
system managers in develop-La-25, and documenting procedures to
implament the provisions of ..:e Act. Although these -=?>quire-
ments will be included in t~_a Agency Privacy Acc -ulations
.now betng.drafted, I suggest that this paper be !:;sued as a
formal working guide to all components that maia::-::n record
systems subject to the Act. I would, therefore, z,pipreciate
